you are mixing a lot of topics in this one matter, stick to the fucking facts, the kid didnt resist, they are taking legal matters, etc. what exactly are you trying to say related to this, because everything you just said is what he did.
I will, because he is. I cant' speak for the teachers and/or the school administration, if I were a parent of a child there I'd be pissed that they didn't, because they should have. If it looks the part you HAVE to take it serious and for you to say that this doesn't look the part shows that it is you that doesn't know what they are talking about. I'm pulling the alarm EVERY TIME I see something like this unless as your co fluffer has stated, it is brought to the schools attention before hand. This looked every bit enough like a bomb to warrant an evacuation.
I never said any such thing. I just can see both sides. Clearly they messed up. But they messed up in the best way possible... Could have been worse. Who wouldn't? The fact remains the kid is alive and unharmed.
Okay, so I missed that. Good for the Chief. Like I said, apologies go a long way, reaching out goes a long way. If the father doesn't return his call then it's own the father. That said, don't act like I am the one over reacting when it is very obvious that over reaction is what caused all of this. The very fact that the Chief apologized is evidence that at least one person in authority there recognizes the magnitude of this over reaction. If you look back at my comments I've also stated that the parents share in the blame for what happened. My vitriol is for people like Shane who want to make this kid the bad guy in all of this and label him a terrorist when, in fact, he did nothing wrong. Further, any time people exercise their freedom of ignorance I am going to call it what it is and chastise them for it. Got it, dumbass?
Right and the fact that he didn't resist is why no true harm is done. Cops over reacted and BECAUSE he didn't resist he is alive, OK, and now his family can sue. What are yall missing. You think years from now when they get the checks they will still be upset? lol Nope.
you just said you would be fine with handcuffs. detain the kid, ask question, call the bomb squad. Take him to juvie and handcuffs? thats the overreaction in all of this.
two wrongs do not make a right. IF that story is true then that school administration was as wrong as the one in Irving.
I was not aware that they drug him to Juvie after they knew it wasn't a bomb. The cuffs I'm okay with. My point, as I stated a few post ago is that this looked enough like a bomb, the school had no idea he was bringing it, he is a muslim (get upset if you want but if it walks like a duck) so yes, the school should have been evacuated.
