Miles should rest him for the next two weeks to get him ready for the SECCG. Practicing and playing on a bad ankle will not let it heal.
I would dress him and keep him active, but I would start JV against Ole Miss and Arkansas as long as Addai is anything but 100%. But I would keep him active just in case JV and Shyrone go down.
Addai is a senior and it's not fair to sit him if he thinks he can play. Addai should know what his body is capable of doing and if he thinks he can play, I say he should be able to play.
Players are often selfish and want to play even though they are not 100 percent....and you want that out of your players. But I agree he should be rested....a bad ankle can't get any better if you continually apply force to it.
By guess would be just because of gameplan... Most of our runs were up the gut... and that doesn't fit his bill... I think JV played well... He didn't have holes often, but when he got in open field (swing passes), he did really well for us
I say let Addai sit for a couple weeks (already said it, saying it again) and give Vincent the ball about 50 times in the next two weeks.. let him prove he is still a good runningback...
Perfectly agree. That's exactly what I posted last night. Doesn't make sense to keep on stressing an area that is already injured. Would love to see him in the SECCG game because he is valuable and deserving of it. ________ Vermont medical marijuana dispensaries
I say MILES is the coach and I'm glad some people on this board are NOT. We've lost only one game thus far, so if he plays Bullwinkle at Tailback, I'll say Geaux Tigers and Geaux Bullwinkle!
We just beat the #3 team on the road without Addai. I think we'll be fine with or without Addai at full speed the rest of the season.
