DNC ELECTION MANUAL: CHARGE VOTER INTIMIDATION, EVEN IF NONE EXISTS

    **World Exclusive**

The Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee are advising election operatives to declare voter intimidation -- even if none exists, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.

A 66-page mobilization plan to be issued by the Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee states: "If no signs of intimidation techniques have emerged yet, launch a 'pre-emptive strike.'"

The provocative Dem battle plan is to be distributed in dozens of states, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.

One top DNC official confirmed the manual's authenticity, but claimed the notion of crying wolf on any voter intimidation is "absurd."

"We all know the Republicans are going to try to steal the election by scaring people and confusing people," the top DNC source explained.

Voter fraud is going to be rampant this year. My brother is registered to vote in Alabama and Louisiana. He will only vote absentee in Alabama, but the fact that he is allowed to vote in two places is scary. He didn't even do it with any intention of fraud, so I can only imagine what the people with the intention will do.

The lawyers are already in place, the Democrats are bragging about it. Al and Jesse are using the scare tactics. I don't think it'll be as close as everyone thinks it'll be. We will know by 11 Eastern time, hopefully.

i am registered in new jersey and louisiana. in fact i am an election commissioner in LA. i could easily vote in both states. they dont make a serious effort to weed out people registered in two states. i dont see it as a real source of considerable fraud. only if huge amounts of people double voted would it matter. real fraud is when dead people and fictional people start voting in large numbers.

i could vote in either state, but i will vote in new jersey, because i live there, and because my vote is far more important there, because it is a swing state (dont get me started on how stupid that is).
