I did it was one of the same old what you expect to hear from a coach speeches. ALTHOUGH in the background they had the National Championship Trophy. I cant think of the guy host name but he asked him about the mind frame of the players before, during, and after the game. And was wondering if LSU players had the same sentiments as the Saints players said they had. What did he say to them in the locker room. All the same BS that everyone ask.
He seemed very lethargic. He did say there were some things that definitely needed working on. Duh. Selling Pelini's home, relocating his family out of the state, calling new DC's, etc. Those are the things I'd be working on.
He did say that the team's play was sloppy I also think he is getting tired of answering questions about the team and Katrina and just wants to get on with football. I agree as for as Les Miles is concerned that is what he gets paid to do. I don't expect my boss is looking for me to perform for the state and its people.
He did seem to have something else on his mind. His answers weren't all the specific and he seemed to pause a lot. Wasn't a very good interview in my opinion, but that's not what they pay him for anyways.
Every interview i've seen of him is like that. i feel bad b/c he seems to be constantly searching for the right words. it doesn't make him seem too intelligent. honestly though, i don't care if talks jibberish and craps his pants every time a camera's rolling as long as he can coach.
Yeah, I know what you mean, but I've seen other interviews and the one on Cold Pizza was different. He really did come across like his dog just died.
