This is a repost, but the last one got buried and I didn't see any reaction: Did anyone notice this past weekend that Morris Watts-led Mich. St smoked Gerry Dinardo-led Indiana 56-21? Wonder why Dinardo's Tigers went downhill after Watts' departutre?
If Gerry would've just replace Morris with someone who had been an offensive coordinator before. But a receivers coach with no experience as a coordinator? That was about the time when other teams linebackers would say stuff like they knew what play was coming next. When you combine that with a defensive coordinator who had yet to implement "tackling" into his scheme, its a recipe for disaster.
