Devin White arrested

He is the #1 prospect in the state and a target for next year's class. Misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile. He is 17 and the "victim" is 14. It's a misdemeanor because he is less than 4 years older then her. A teammate was also arrested on the same charge. The teammate is 18 but still less than 4 years older. The reports are that it was consensual by all three.

What are your thoughts on this? In my opinion he didn't do anything wrong if this was truly consensual. He's still a minor. The other guy should know better. Even though his buddy is only 2 months older than he is. I know she is only 14 but as they say, times are a changin'...

With all of that said I can't blame the father for pressing charges.

Nope, JH was actually the 18 year old with a 14 year old freshman schoolmate. That's why he sat out a year.

 

Guess I'm a hypocrite then.
