Yes. I went to two of his games last year, he is amazing and he was just a sophomore. His numbers are insane, he benches over 300 already, and probably runs a sub-4.4. I hope he does well in Texas, I'd love to see him come to BR, but the whole Sanders thing might lead him to FSU.
I've never heard of Prosper having a decent football team. I'm surprised Deion is going to have him go to school there. There is a school a few miles north of Prosper (where Deion's ugly, ostentacious house is) called Celina. They are multiple times state champions.
Sanders donates money to the school regularly apparently (so I assume his kids go there), so that is probably where he wants Noel to be. And once Noel gets there I can't imagine them being bad for too long.
