Went to my grandaughter's birthday party in Pearl, Ms sat pm. My son was cooking hb, hot dogs, sausage on the grill for about 30 people. The sausage was what he and his father-in-law put up this year. Took their deermeat somewhere in La. (close to Ms. line) The cajuns mixed it with pork, cheddar cheese, and jalapino peppers. SOME KIND OF "GOOD" Turned out to be kind of expensive even providing the deer meat. Aroung $2.50 lb. But mighty good.....Any of you interested post here and I'll post the name of the co.

When you get there, try some "Ma Bell's" link sausage. In lots of grocery storys there. My kin folk makes it. It is "old fashioned, country" good. I promise you that.
