We did get Kwon, so losing Davis is still big but we still have the best LB class ever in the history of LSU (in terms of numbers and projected talent). We've got 7 quality LBs in the fold now, WITHOUT Davis.
Sounds to me like we have another Janzen Jackson situation. IE saying he is committed when in actuality he already committed somewhere else. With Jackson Kiffen asked him to do that because it prevented LSU from filling a different spot thus hurting LSU. I would hope this wouldn't be a similar game and Miles was aware in advance so we can get someone else to fill his spot. Assuming if the rumor is true of course.
I think this might be the case for Davis. And the reason he waited until after Kwon's announcement. So it's essentially a swap of LBs, both very talented.
