A friend of mine from Louisisana opened a restaurant in Carrollton about a year...callled "The Cajun Way"..... Just open for lunch until April 5th....then will open for dinner. Serving Crawfish on Saturdays I believe. Food is fantastic. It is on the NW corner of Josey and Rosemeade in Carrollton. Give it a try. You won't regret it!
