Yes, the fabled playoff is taking place the only way it can: EA Sports NCAA Football 2005. They've ranked the teams and set up the bracket, and are about to play it out. Their 4/13 matchup is Texas/Michigan heh...wonder what EA says about the winner. Utah is matched up with LSU at 6/11.
In the pre 'match' analysis, one guy said Utah shouldn't be in the BCS, the other said LSU's defense couldn't match up with the spread offense of Utah - plus the cold weather would hurt us. If LSU loses to Utah, I'll never buy another EAS game.
Then you'll never play another sports game again... lol EA purchased exclusive rights to NASCAR last year, and just got the exclusive rights to the NFL (300 million was the price according to CNN). I'm sure they'll have more acquisitions on the way...
