Where do I start...oh...I hate the people that dress up in their little posse at the games. Of course, the costume contest caters to them, so they won front row tickets last night (did i mention they already had second row seats from the lottery?). Am I the only person that has a problem with them? They are media whores, which is why the big wigs want them on TV showing our "school spirit". They get mad when we do "student" cheers in line before games and they steal people’s seats at away games. Has anyone seen this (every away game i've been to)? Also, I heard that not just the winners got tickets last night, everyone who dressed up did. If this is true and people who really love football don't get to go, I'll really be pissed off. Just because you don't act like a media whore idiot at games doesn't mean you aren't just as hardcore!

Yeah they piss me off too. Before the Auburn game the little speed racer guy was going around to everyone in the PMAC who were getting thier wristbands to get into the game early trying to get them to give him thier tickets (which let oyu get a wristband) because there was a limited amount. Well when people said no, the ass started getting pissed at people. I was just hopping he would have said something to me or a friend...And it sure pisses me off them they act like prudes before the game outside the gates when everyone else is doing the cheers. Loosen up for Christ's sake.

I was there that day. They had people sit in line at the stadium while they got wristbands for themselves and the people holding their spot.

Straight up...My $0.02 on the subject...

First off, I don't really care for speed racer and those glory hounds. Just go to the game, dress up, and sit wherever. Don't try to be an attention whore.

Secondly, there are people that went to that game who wanted tickets badly enough that they were willing to embarass themselves publicly for those tickets. They showed some school spirit, and that's all you can say.

As for you saying that hardcore football people didn't get to go to the game, then I have to take offense to that. Those people liked football enough to go out there and show some school spirit in exchange in order to get some tickets. Why didn't you try that?

Those people aren't going to dress like that for Atlanta. They dressed up for the chance to win tickets. Not on the condition that they dress that way in Atlanta.

I think you're mad because people are getting free tickets you had to pay for, for some reason. The fact that some of those people couldn't afford it doesn't lessen their level of being a fan. You make money. They make less. Your parents pay for everything, perhaps, maybe they pay for everything, and can't depend on the Ricky Schroeder Silver Spoon...

Maybe you're just mad because you didn't hear about it or think to go over there...

Those people who all tried to dress up didn't think they were all getting tickets. That announcement was a surprise to all of them, as I think at first it was said there were only 2 or 3 to give out.

You're the same person who advertised your tickets for auction on E-bay, and took them off after the moderator said he'd help his female cousin pay for them, aren't you?

You're the same guy that wanted her to pay the processing fee for the fact that you bought a BUNCH of other tickets on other ID's or something like that, aren't you?

Basically trying to make her pay more than what that ticket was worth, because "you went to the trouble"...

I think you should pipe down a bit...You come off selfish and inconsiderate...

I do agree with you about the glory hounds, though...

In defense of "jeremyws1" the processing fee was not a big deal, especially for my sister....she would have paid $100 (to late jeremy:D) so the price she got it for was perfectly fine...

And about the costume thing, I think that was put into place to help out some of the guys who always dress up and go to away games and sit on the first row.....but, they had to give them away in a fair way so they had a costume contest. but atleast everyone got tickets and not just the usual costume wearers....so it really doesn't matter

Wow, people get so heated about things. My point was solely made for the "glory hounds". It wasn't about the other people that dressed up. Whoever made their costumes in a day and won tickets fine, but the "contest" obviously caters to the people that already have costumes, not the last minute embarass myself fans you speak of.

With that being said, you now shift gears to mere 5th grade "name calling" (something I'm sure they teach in Denham). The fact that they got free tickets and I paid for them means nothing because who can't afford $25 if they can afford to go to Atlanta for a weekend? As for the eBay thing, let's get your facts straight. I had one extra ticket and willingly sold it to scottgeaux's sister as soon as he asked about it. Yes I charged her $37 dollars (a steal of a deal). Who would sell anything for less than they have in it? $12 for the trouble, as you put it, is cheap for the work I did driving around for hours finding friends and getting id's on two different days. I think you need to quit bitchin' and ask scottgeaux or ashgeaux if I am selfish and inconsiderate.
