    Check this out... http://www.pistolpete23.com/pptrailer_hs_qt.htm

Pete Maravich puts up 68 points on the Knicks. They were playing in the Superdome. I'm too young to have watched him, but man, Pete Maravich was incredible.

That was one bad mofo white boy.

He was so awesome! Please post as many of these video links as possible. I never get tired of watching them.

    Thanks.

To put his scoring record in perspective - no three point shot and freshman stats did not count.
On the other hand - in todays era, he would have gone pro in a couple of years.
I would like to say that Press geared the offense for Pete to score, but when you see his great assist, hustle, dives for the loose ball, I have to say that Pete was totally a team player.

What a true innovator. My dad had the pleasure of being an LSU student when Pistol was playing. That would have been great to see...oh well, I have Tyrus Thomas and Glen Davis to watch.

I ordered the "Night of the Pistol" DVD immediately.

Support this website. Pistol Pete belongs to LSU and to God forever now.
