Very impressive thus far! I am not sure who is #1 right now but I am not sure it really matters. If LSU and USC win out, we should be playing for the crystal ball in January. That is one big "IF" but I sure hope it comes to fruition. Best of luck the rest of this year Tigers. I hope to see you all in January where I also hope to finally meet lsutiga. He represents LSU very well on our board.
Thanks and we like tiga here also (most of the time:wink: )!!! Stick around as much as vball doesn't need any help I doubt she would shun it!
Hey TailbackU, good to see you in our neck of the woods and welcome to our forum. :thumb: Oh, and I doubt you'll get anyone here to believe that but thanks. :hihi:
Thanks. I will visit as much as I can and "YES" you are correct, vball can hold her own. Then again, I have not ever seen her walk into a Tiger's den. I was with her once when she knocked over a tailgaters BBQ with a 20 oz steak on it. Steak got seasoned with dirt and grass and it's 6'6" 280 lb (or so it seemed) owner was not happy. :angryfire Not sure how we made it out of that mess.
Vball, can we get this story! Almost sounds too good to be true or at least it sounds funny as hell!!!
I'll let her tell y'all about what the guy was doing, or should I say receiving, that this event interupted. To this day, we are not sure what he was more pissed off about...
TailbackU, I hear Cushing's back this weekend and all the other injured starters. The Nation, and your fan base is about to have their questions answered and USC steam rolls the Cornhuskers. Most don't realize how many last minute changes were made the last couple of days leading up to your opener and also during the game. You guys were swinging subs in and out and got a lot of players involved. LSU's legit and after this weekend, all fingers will point to LSU/USC for the big dance- hope it plays out that way- both our fan bases, and the rest of college football fans would want to see that matchup, if they had to choose, granted their team couldn't be in it. I visited the USC forum and was glad to see so many USC posters giving LSU props. Course, Snoopdawg and a few haters refused to acknowledge but the majority said LSU was very impressive.
I guess we all have our crosses to bear with ignorant fans/posters. Anyone that is a true fan of CFB would have to admit that LSU has looked very very good. Especially when you consider it is the beginning of the year. You are correct about SC. In addition to Cushing, many do not realize that JDB did not have his top 4 WR's from last year when Patrick Turner went down before the game. All together the remaining WR's had a combined total of "1" catch. Still should have played better than they did but I think this week is where we will find out if we are worthy of all the accolades that LSU has already proven themselves worthy of. I hope we perform to the level that I am expecting us to.
