It's best not to have too thin a skin in Free Speech Alley. A droll sense of humor also helps. We all get bashed from time to time, so don't take it personally. Anyone who gets upset and angry at an anonymous internet character needs serious help. And we do, but there is also a healthy dose of smart-ass remarks, cynical observations, sophomoric ridicule, sarcastic comments, and other friendly banter not tolerated in the other forums. New guys get tested. You're holding up pretty well. Mods draw the line at personal attacks which are not permitted. That would be name-calling, "calling someone out", and "fighting words"-type personal insults. But we don't get petty about friendly ribbing, . . . Opie.
