Do whatever you can to go to Fall Fest.....it's probably going to be on the Friday before the Oregon St. Game..... lot's of food and lot's of fun for students.
What a LSU Tiger is . . The true LSU Tiger is kind, generous, intelligent, polite, suave, slow to anger, literate, articulate, devilishly handsome, confident, a gentleman, a leader of men, courageous, brave, fearless in battle, never willing to back down from an insult, unwilling to relent to pain, fear, fatigue and/or privation, loyal, sensitive, honest, kind to children, the elderly, and to ladies, expert at swordsmanship and/or pistols, knows how to fish, hunt, knows how to navigate throughout Louisiana's bayous, wetlands and inland waterways, knows how to dress properly in all circumstances, knows how to persuade Kings, Queens, Presidents and Ruthless Cutthroats to do his bidding and, finally, willing to fight and die for LSU Tiger Pride. If you aspire to be all of these things, Young Man, you will be one of us.
that's not a knife....that's a knife.... (err beer) Welcome to the home of real beer drinkers....more per capita than any other state. heh
Gameday advice The best advice I can give is if you are under 21 don't put your alcohol in a red cup thinking it will disguise your alcohol. The red cup can not save you from a MIP.:thumb:
I am also headed to LSU as a freshman next year from the fine state of Georgia. So I guess I will be in for the same adjustments as you.
You need to know that it's a tossup between Ole Miss and Auburn as to who LSU fans hate the most. I haven't figured this out yet (in spite of several attempts by LSU fans to explain it) and have concluded they don't like Tommy Tuberville at all and hence hate everything else about Auburn. Maybe you can do some research and post it here some day. Go....and Geaux...Tigers
