    This is an old link to a Forbes story that just happened to pop up as I was looking through some old articles. Actually the first article had the top 10 college sport towns.......which was a crock. Baton Rouge wasn't even listed, yet Fayetteville, AR was.

    Anyway, thought some folks might be interested to see LSU football's net worth.

    Just click on the picture to the left to see the slideshow. LSU is number six behind, in order, Notre Dame, Texas, Georgia, Michigan, and Florida.

    The value versus the profit doesn't make sense to me but whatever

    based on the quote next to our picture in the article

    I'm gonna guess value is either net income, or what it would theorecticaly cost to buy the organization. The later kinda makes since if you realize that the AD technically doesn't own any of the facilities, TS included.
