Okay, most of us are going to be freezing our @sses off the next couple of days. So what are you cooking? I'm planning on cooking a "big" breakfast tomorrow, going all out, cheese grits, biscuits with fig preserves, hash browns, bacon, ham cheese and mushroom omelet ! Haven't got to supper yet, probably gumbeaux !

Beef stew goes on tonight. Chili on Sunday, maybe. There is something about stews that sticks to your ribs in cold weather. Good thick potato soup is good, too.

I like very hot oatmeal with butter and maple syrup on a cold morning.

I'll be flying to London in first class tomorrow so it depends on what's in the leather bound menu.:D

I am also going to be profiling.

If I don't get around to buying all the ingredients for a seafood gumbo I'll make a pot of chili for tonight's chilly weather

I made artichoke soup this week. One of my favorites.
