Interesting observations: 1) Someone switched their first place vote from USC to OU 2) Wisconsin overtook Georgia for 6th place, even though I think FSU should have been penalized for playing so sh!tty against WF and Wisconsin should have overtaken them as well. 3) No respect for the Big 10....Michigan beats Purdue on the road and stays at 11 (Does not even pass up Utah). Purdue gets slammed from 12 down to 19. 4) LSU's putrid performance costs us 2 spots in the polls, as both Louisville and Texas A&M pass us up. Not sure why the hell A&M got a boost, they played CU at home and almost choked that game away. We dropped from 17 to 18 and lost 51 points total.
Yeah i dont understand why we dropped two spots...to be honest if you put troy and colorado on a neutral site i think the trojans take them....
I don't think a team should drop when they win. I understand that we barely beat Troy, but we still got the W. I don't think we should of moved up any, but we should NOT of dropped.
last year at this time I believe LSU was 12th and SC was 7th. There is a lot season left to play out.
Still the highest ranked two loss team...... Top 10 ranking will come soon enough. Relax and enjoy the journey.
just seems like LSU is the only team that ever drops after a win , like when we dropped to #5 after beating oregon st. and now
I don't agree with this at all. I think that's what's wrong with the human polls in the first place. Just because a team wins, doesn't mean that another team that's behind them in the polls hasn't proven more than the team ahead of them. However, if you are going to be willing to drop us after a win, then you better be willing to do the same with the USC's, Florida State's, and Texas's of the world.
