Alright. Let me first say I'm truly sorry for September. We Vols suck and our season ends tomorrow. Losing to you would've meant our season still ends tomorrow.

So with that said, I'm all about SEC dominance through all of the bowls and onto the BCS and national championship.

LSU is my last fresh breath of air in this fight. :geauxtige

But why the problems with Arkansas?! This is friggin' Arkansas!

LOL. I ain't talking smack. Cuz my Vols can't beat any SEC East team this year to save their lives.

But you guys, LSU, is better than this!

I was pulling for the Texas A&M upset over Texas today. Didn't happen. There is still hope though. UCLA can still upset USC. That is possible. And Texas could have a letdown in their championship.

Either way, I want an SEC team, ANY SEC team, this year it's LSU, in that national championship game. We are the best and we know it. Pac 10 people piss me off. So do Big 12. They aren't deserving.

Sorry for this long post. Had to get that out of me.

Why do you think that we are better than this?

We barely won the game against a team that has a true freshman at QB, and two true freshmen at RB. We barely won the game, when our opponent is ranked 89th by the USA Today Top 116.

LSU's defense is one of the WORST in all of Div I football in getting turnovers, thus giving the Hog offense the opportunity to get two TDs in the 2nd Half of the game.

Why do you think LSU is better than this? How many games has LSU played this year in which they looked sharp in all phases of the game, changed the game with taking the ball away from the opponent, and eliminating penalties and turnovers for LSU?

LSU beat up on Ole Miss. That's pretty much the only team in the SEC that we really crushed. That's pretty much the only conference game in which we put the game away early.

Perhaps LSU is really better than this . . . but I'll bet it's not by much.

Sorry. Wasn't trying at all to offend you.

    But you survived. SURVIVED.

Winning it all is about survival and a little luck along the way.

Today was not luck. Today was survival.

USC beating Notre Dame was luck.

There is still hope though. And I am pulling for ya.

    USC must lose to UCLA!

Now go storm Atlanta and send UGA home. Wait. UGA basically is in Atlanta. Well then, go into their back yard, and slap them punks silly.

I'm not offended at all, my good man. I'm disappointed in my team's play, but, at the same time, I'm happy that we won.

I'm shocked to learn that LSU's offense had so much crappy play left in them at this point in the season . . . against a defense that is well-coached, but very short-handed on defensive talent.

I'm kind of worried about what will happen when we play a team that has as much talent as we do.

You have some good points. This is an extemely confusing team! I know we have gone through a lot, and I know we are going to play for the SEC Championship, and I know we have a 10-1 record, but something tells me that we have not even come close to being our best. Is it coaching? Is it just strange breaks, or not making a timely play? Are we just not as good as a lot of us think we are?

I know that I am being too critical and I hate to complain about what we've done this year, but have we underachieved in some strange way??

How would you like to live in USC country? I get sick of it but every Friday I wear my purple and gold to the office.

Unfortunately this year they have the best team in the country.

    BigRedVol,

Good post! That's how I feel about the SEC. If LSU is in the race, I hate whoever we play that week. If we fall out of contention, I pull for the highest rated SEC team with a shot at a title game, for the glory of the SEC. If we have a national champion, our conference is proven to be quality. Our losses hurt a little less. Go SEC!

WCT- Dont give up the fight my SEC brother!

How do ya think the tastes gets in my mouth living in ASU country, and more importantly Pac 10 country.

LSUBayouBengal knows my struggles, I'm waiting on him in here shortly LOL.

USC is NOT the best team in the country. They have almost been beaten several times. They got LUCKY in all of them. Like I said they did.

Texas almost had a letdown today to friggin' A&M. The Big 12 is crap compared to us!

It is only a championship game IF an SEC team is playing in that championship game.

    Remember that fact. :geauxtige
