Michael is taking an unofficial on Tuesday allegedly.

He wants to make his decision between LSU and A&M pretty much after the visit here and one final visit to A&M.

He will put LSU is a tricky situation regarding taking him versus waiting on what appears to be a long drawn out process with Richardson.

:geaux::crystal::helmet: If it turns out he wants to commit, I think LSU will accept. Don't think they'll turn him down to wait on Richardson. If he becomes a part of this class, that will be three backs with three different styles and capabilities, not much different from when the Tigers got Williams, Scott and Murphy. Having said this, I'm still not sure if we get him. I'll believe it when I see it, but it would be sweet!!! :geauxtige:champs::LSU231:

Going to be interesting if he does want to commit because I know Trent is on the top of LSU's list right now. I am sure he will discuss it with the coaches and decide to hold off on a commitment if we are still interested. BTW, his myspace page has been decked out in LSU stuff for over a year now.

The real question is... if Christine commits along with Pratt and Ford, how does that affect our situation with Seastrunk or that Arkansas kid?

We will still take at least one RB next year either way.

I think LSU will have a hard decision to make in whether to take a sure thing if C.Michael chooses LSU or wait till the Signing Day with T.Richardson. They do have the luxury of waiting if they wanted to since they have two RBs committed already and the possibility of landing some top backs in 2010 is very good. C.Michael did have a great camp in florida and may become a 5* but IMO if he would've worked out at LSU's camp and had a great performance he would've got the offer at camp from the coaches.

I dont really think RB is a major need right now. Not in comparison to other positions. I doubt we will hold out for Richardson, we have two good backs on board with a stable of backs that have at least two more years here at LSU. So its not a major need. If Michael is very impressive he may be a take, but I dont think its a big deal if we dont get another back or not.

He cancelled his visit so do not expect an offer to be handed to him. I would guess he is going to commit to A&M soon.
