The absolute easiest ever for grilling chicken:

Bottle of Italian dressing. Doesn't matter if it's store brand.

Stick it in a ziploc overnight, or at least a few hours, and it turns out great.

We do that all the time with chicken. We also do it with steaks sometimes.

The other day I was helping cook steaks for our highschool boys at an overnight 4 day football camp. A guy donated a side of beef to us. We had tons of steaks. I think we cooked about 140 of them.

We put them all in some big foil roasting pans and let them set in coke overnight. We also sprinkled on some meat tenderizer. The next day we also poured on some marinade. We grilled them that night. Didn't matter what cut of meat you got, filet, tBone, strip. Those steaks were so freaking tender and delicious. They were better than if you went out and paid $50 for one at some upscale restaurant.

Get a bottle of Butler's Texas Gold (Mustard\Apple Cider Vinegar) marinade cooking sauce. No sugar so it will not burn on the grill, unique and VERY tasty! I slap it on most grilled items before and during cooking.

That's what I use, too. I find that marinating chicken for an hour or two is better than overnight. It can get tough.
