chance to be called emperor! Apparently lost his bid to be eligible for life rule by changing the constitution. I suppose he can/might still decide to circumvent the law by extending his term anyway, but I would take this as a hopeful sign. Doubt America gained any popularity but it's nice to see Venezuela is not completely insane.
