   As presiding chancellor, Emmert has enjoyed a football national championship, men and womens basketball championships(99,95 Connecticut), a baseball championship(2000) and both men and womens outdoor track titles(2002mens 2003 women)
   
   That'll be tough to match for any other Chancellor
