I called the Caritas Ranch to get Bar-B-Q for the tailgate that JSracingBBF mentioned. The irony of the situation is the ranch has an LSU connection. Susan's nephew is Casey Tabor (sic?), who was recruited to LSU as a QB several years ago. He never saw much playing time, except for special teams. He was, however, an Academic All American who just completed Medical School and was recently married. I told Susan I would pass this info along to you, and see if any of you knew Casey. She would love hearing your comments about her nephew if you do know him. She did say the mix of LSU football players and Medical Students at the wedding was very entertaining, and that she would vouch that LSU football players are a much livelier bunch than Medical Students. If you do know Casey, post your comments and I will forward them to Susan.
