its not legal unless you can buy drugs from normal stores with normal quality control and no street drug dealers. you wouldnt buy ibuprofen from a guy in the street, nor should you buy LSD. you should buy it at a normal store. legalization has not been shown to increase consumption and abuse. my point is that we shouldnt need black markets at all, you should be able to buy recreational coke at the drug shop. its the black markets that are dangerous.
