    Nope. The home server was legal, any classified material thereupon was not marked as such in their headers, and the laws against concealment require intent. The DOJ was correct not to charge her.

    This was indeed, though, a crossing the Rubicon moment. Garland is no idiot; he's very cautious, and he's aware of the historical implications. You can bet that trump is guilty or Garland would not have moved on the matter.

    RELEASE THE WARRANT.
