This is the system we live in. If you are a criminal, you get criminal charges and a chance to be proven a criminal in court. Otherwise, you are innocent. That is how it works.
innocence until proven guilty is a, and perhaps the, fundamental principle of our justice system. its also in the UN universal declaration of human rights. "Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defense" and trump isnt even charged. so as of now, he is, in every relevant sense, innocent. you know this, you are just a partisan crank.
