Fire him next year and we'll still be looking at an unknown quality. Maybe we should keep him a year after that.

The National Championship came with a team he adopted. This is a fact. He was able to make it back to the National Championship game but got blown out by Alabama. He had 2 QB's in that game and didn't play one of them. Never crossed the 50 yard line I believe? It depends on what you want from a football program and coach. If you are happy with an overall winning percentage and winning most easier games that is find. Les Miles is a fine man and I really like him. As much as you talk about winning percentage I don't believe its been consistent the last 3 to 4 years. When was the last bowl win? Personally if they lose out, blow outs I don't think he should be back. Les Miles reminds me of John Brady, John Brady could never seem to recruit or have good point guard play. Les Miles can't seem to recruit a good passing QB or good QB play and it shows against equal to better teams. Some people may be fine with the same inept offense year in and year out. I simply don't understand what has happened to the defense this year, Chavis leaves and???? Big changes need to occur at least in some areas after this season!
I remember the 90's but I don't look back and think, gee, we are gonna head in that direction but it looks like we could be headed there already. This reminds me of John Brady and Dinardo, the magic was back with Dirnardo then it was gone.

Its not the youth. Its the development.

There are basic things we "could" do but "don't" do.

Another genius stuck in the past. What has he done for us lately? How's 13-11 in conference play sound...my bad 13-12.
