    Bush Jr.'s Skeleton Closet

George Bush likes to present himself as a straight-talking, regular guy. But it's an act -- regular guys don't go to Andover Prep, Yale and Harvard Business School, and straight-talking guys don't pretend to be regular guys after growing up in one of the most privileged homes in world history. Not only was Bush's dad president, his grandpa was a U.S. Senator and wealthy Wall Street banker, and his mom's blueblood family owned (among other things) the estate in Maine that Bush still hangs out at.

Now, as Bush's regular guy act is wearing thin, some of his other deceptions are becoming more obvious. Click on the allegation of your choice:

-- His top aides exposed an undercover CIA agent to silence critics

-- Lies, deception and coverups to push the war in Iraq

-- Convicted of drunk driving. Lied repeatedly to cover up his arrest.

-- Lying under oath. Bush & staff stop investigation of contributor's huge funeral home company.

-- Avoided Vietnam and Skipped Out on his National Guard Service

-- Texas government corruption: State $$ for campaign funders & business cronies

-- Cocaine: felony drug use, vile hypocrisy, and a hushed up arrest?

-- His "young and irresponsible" behavior: sex, drugs and (gasp!) rock and roll?

-- Thin skinned: censors his critics with police, lawyers, $$$

-- Character: Spoiled rich kid living off his family's name and reputation

-- Made millions on insider business deals, for little work
-- -- Deal #1. Personal Profits from Failing Oil Companies
    -- -- -- -- Easy Money From Odd Sources
    -- -- -- -- A Surprise Deal From Bahrain
-- -- -- -- Access to the President and National Security Adviser for his foreign business partner
-- -- Deal #2. Selling Oil Stocks Just Before Iraq Invaded: lucky guess or illegal insider trading?
    -- -- Deal #3. A Big Slice of a Baseball Team
-- -- -- -- Hypocrisy: using government coercion to make his private fortune

No, I dont expect Bush supporters to read anything longer the back of a cereal box. But for truth seekers, read away.

I am getting so sick of this type of post by you Smax. For heaven's sake SAY SOMETHING IN YOUR OWN WORDS. Anyone here is capable of typing something like "Bush lies" into a Google search then going to a random page result and copying and pasting the entire page to a message forum.

Maybe you have something of your own thoughts to bring to the table. If so then just do so. It's obvious a few of the ole conservatives around here are drooling for some debate. If copy and paste is all you have though then please, stop embarassing yourself already.

If I post my own opinions and or thoughts, all of you demand material to back it up. Basically you will be childish and acuse me of lieing. So I skip a step and just post proof and facts, I also throw in a little humerous material that slams bush every once in a while. Pretty much everything I post reflects my thoughts and/or opinions. So, I will continue to copy and paste. You dont have to read it (I know it is difficult for you) but you can only ignore the truth for so long.

Look silly, if you have not noticed *I* am a Kerry supporter.

I have NO CLUE why you are directly addressing me about how I will "be childish and acuse you of lieing" or how I can "only ignore the truth for so long".....

Please, refrain from embarassing yourself. One can only deduct that you are simply trying to stir the pot and cause turmoil....

Actually, nevermind. Why should I bother. Copy and paste until your heart is content (if taht is even possible). I'll take Sabanfan's suggestion.
