A common sense solution to a gun problem: The simple fact that the POLICE DEPARTMENT, trained in the use of weapons, was afraid to engage a solitary 18 year old with an AR-15 for an hour, and 19 children then died, should be enough to tell anybody with a brain that AR-15's should be BANNED. And to take the cake, the GOP's solution would be to arm the teacher, whose principal worry should be about educating her students, and then expect her to outgun an assassin whom THE POLICE DEPARTMENT themselves were too afraid to engage, and 19 children died. Support a ban, or turn in your morality cards... because you sure wouldn't deserve them.
