What is a "Girlie beer"? Where I'm from, the women drink whiskey straight from the bottle. :yelwink:

 

"Girlie beers" are Zimas (I like the orange and the black cherry ones), and I recently started drinking the Capt Morgan ones, the orange and pineapple ones are pretty good. It tastes like orange pop. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

You made me laugh, I see that Lousisana dialect. When I lived in Lake Charles, my "City friends" would laugh at me when I'd say, "Pop" for a soft drink....... I loved when you said that.

As a youngster, my granfather would pick me up in the afternoon to go meet my father (At the time he was farming and running a rice dryer) and it was a big treat to get a "Pop".
