I was reading that book on an airplane with a hangover, and I almost had to use a sick bag during one of the passages.
I am about 100 pages into Alexander Hamilton by Ron Chernow. His writing style reminds me of David McCullough. http://www.amazon.com/Alexander-Hamilton-Ron-Chernow/dp/0143034758

My favorite all time book is CRYPTONOMICON by Neal Stephenson. Though I have pretty much hated everything else he has written. Pretty complex, tracing two timelines, one WWII in SW Pacific and the other, the sons and daughters in "modern day" world. I strongly recommend it.
