Boise Fans Already Trying To Muscle In On National Champion Title; Flashbacks Anyone?

That really ticks me off.

I'm hearing it already. Boise is the REAL NC because they did not lose any games. THEY should have been playing tonight; yada, yada, yada.


You know LSU got screwed when they pulled this on us a few years ago. It pissed me off then and it pisses me off now.

I'd rather Boise State than Florida. At least Boise State obnoxious fans are thousands of miles away.

Oh, come on...

As a ND fan, I don't like to give SC credit but they really were the champions that year. They had finished atop the polls, and were unfairly shut out of the NC game. SC would have destroyed anybody they faced in any bowl game that year. And, their next NC after that clearly showed that SC was the best team that year. If LSU had faced SC that year and beaten them, then LSU would have a claim on a championship, with no questions swirling around it. In my mind, there will always be an asterix attached to LSU's NC that year.

yes they were shut out unfairly, but that doesn't make them NC champion. Cmon!! They played 1 ranked team all year till their bowl game. USC dynasty folks crack me up. Too bad I hear the NCAA is about to put the smack down on that organization in a bad way in about 2 weeks.... Also if tonights game showed us anything its that Auburn was screwed in 2004 worse than USC.

Yeah, they were the champions that year. And ND won a bowl game this century.

There is no possible way for a non BCS conf. champion to be able to put themselves in the MNCG. Boise State did all it could. NOBODY WANTS TO PLAY BOISE STATE OOC. Would LSU schedule a home and home with Boise State? NO! Why would they....its a lose-lose situation. If LSU wins, it was expected. If LSU loses, LSU just lost to a team from a sub-par confrence. But in the end...Boise State DESERVES a shot at the title. They won all their games...the only team in D-1A that can say that. What more can you ask?

So, to post on this board, I must agree with everything you say and kiss the ring of LSU and say how much ND sucks? You know, I remember reading a post here how you guys were disappointed that there were not more ND fans on these boards. You guys complain how bad the ND board is, where they unfairly banned a number of LSU fans there. You guys even made a game of it, trying to get banned. And, yet, when I show up, you guys want to ban me.

You know that I agree that if a team wins 'em all, they deserve mad props.

But on some level, you can understand that no matter how good the team is, in the day and age of parity, even the best teams don't win them all. Some people may think that Boise was the best this year. For all we know, they could have been. But that's the thing. We'll never know. Because when you look at UF's schedule and you look at Boise's schedule, do you honestly think that they compare? No.

And that's why they can't claim it.

I don't know what the ban policy is here, but you are BY FAR the best current candidate for banned camp. You are being pathetic, man. But whatever...you aren't my problem, but I guess we will have to satisfy ourselves here that we are your problem!!! :lol:

As for BSU, the only people who think they are national champs are those people living in the land of potatoes (a few stragglers aside), so I wouldn't worry about them. Do you guys even know where Idaho is? If they want to delude themselves in that little corner of the world, let em.

They did put on a heck of a show for us, so thanks, BSU, but that will be all.

Contributing and trolling are two different things. Perhpas this wasn't the most trolling of your posts, but your double-thread BS as well as the majority of your posts are troll-tastic. I can think of ONE SOLE POST that is of any value. Most people on here make crap posts a bunch, but to troll is an entirely different sin.
