I pulled the water pump off as well. The thermostat was surprisingly very easy. Hardest part was finding a 10mm socket.
I've always done all of my own mechanic work, but at 57, I'm tired. I have a guy who does all of my work now. It's a bit of a pain to get to him, as he is in 40 minutes away, but it sure is nice not busting knuckles anymore.
Probably so. If they slip all sorts of silly shit happens. Getting it fixed should be a priority because it's not going to get better. Burn up a compressor and you double your money out
Clutch rebuild is about 60 for the parts compressor I'm prolly out 1200. Bc I'm probably not doing that.
