    I actually did not have a problem with this. If it was just limited to Republican donors that would be wrong, but why should countries that refused to help now profit from it. I think they should be excluded from the sub contracts as well. THey can still bid on the projects being funded through International Aid. Before anyone starts the US will not profit from $18 billion coming from our own Government.

    With the breadth of choice that the US has to pick a contractor, I have absolutely no problem with this. Screw France...

    Agree 100%...France got plenty rich illegally doing business with Saddam. Now their gravy train's cut off. Boo hoo.

    Fine with me.

    But the concept of Bidding has heretofore been unknown to the Bush-Cheney whitehouse.
