I like George's shrimp po-boy. Brew-bachers was also pretty good.

Downtown Seafood is really good.

 

Darrell's without a doubt, just outside of Baton Rouge.

 

Well they are not really traditional poBoys but I always loved AM Mart. Georges shrimp poboys are awesome as well.

 

i would kill for a good fried oyster po-boy!
