  5. We don't know that. YOU said he was SUSPECT, last I checked that didn't mean guilty. If he wasn't the one then he was no longer an HVT.

    Like you say, "last I checked that didn't mean guilty". We get our POWs back and if they are guilty they get charged. Legally he could be a dastardly villain deserter or a one-watt dumbstick in a series of cascading fuckups. Both are bad news for him. He's going to get his court martial and become official dogshit instead of a political pawn for the Taliban.
