    Overt speculation.

Between 2007 and 2009, President George W. Bush released 520 detainees from the facility at Guantanamo Bay – at least that’s how many are officially recorded. One of those detainees was Abu Sufian bin Qumu, who is a suspect in the Benghazi embassy attack.

Are all suspects guilty? Maybe they did some investigating and found out they had the wrong guy?

And you are on record for calling dubs a war monger but now he is soft? Which is it?

Maybe? What does this have to do with anything?

Who said he was soft? Not me. You are missing the point, which is that Obama got our last POW released. Because it was Obama you object to it. So I pointed out that your hero Dubya, released over 500 detainees including high value prisoners.

We don't know that. YOU said he was SUSPECT, last I checked that didn't mean guilty. If he wasn't the one then he was no longer an HVT.

Now the ones AchBarry let loose, well we know they were HVT's and he traded them for a bag of dogshit.

    Thank you, Reverend Jackson.

    He was OUR dogshit, Opie!

Like you say, "last I checked that didn't mean guilty". We get our POWs back and if they are guilty they get charged. Legally he could be a dastardly villain deserter or a one-watt dumbstick in a series of cascading fuckups. Both are bad news for him. He's going to get his court martial and become official dogshit instead of a political pawn for the Taliban.

Look, we have covered this ground already and my position has not changed. He was NOT a POW, he is a fucking deserter. He walked away from the OP by his own will. Under NO fucking circumstance would I have traded 5 crazy bastards that have killing more Americans as their top priority for one sorry fuck that doesn't care about America. We got fucked on that deal.
