Take a look at some of what they are saying: "Saban is a coward......i guess its easy to sit on top of the smaller mountain that is college football where kids can come to you, the competition (vanderbilt? south carolina?) isnt what it is in the nfl, and from week to week you can win with talent more than you can with coaching (see miami) its easy for everyone to rip steve spurrier for failing in the nfl but credit the MAN for giving up a 10 win empire in college to try and tes himself with the big boys by restoring glory to the washington redskins......his teams failed and he fell flat on his face but at least he can live with himself that he tried.......spurrier was in a situation where he was always being nitpicked by upper management and here saban would have had the luxury of having his good friend the GM---where else (if he decides) would be find that in the nfl when this whole process started i wanted weis from new england but i got caught up in this whole saban wave......i am really bitter about this" Another said some "friend" Saban is to Angelo. Man they must have the dumbest fans in sports. I didn't know just because you are friends you have to leave where you are and work together. They have been acting like idiots through this and quite frankly I couldn't be happier.
Meh -- I think they're still reeling from the schooling Saban game Illinois two years ago in the Sugar Bowl.
U do have to feel sorry for them, they were going pretty much through the same thing we were......... But weren't as fortunate......
