I know I speak for everyone when i say this, the BCS is a big bunch of bull****. I can't fathom how LSU's avg computer ranking is 8th. There are 3 two-loss teams ahead of LSU in the computer polls. I know LSU's SOS is taking a beating, but who have these other teams beaten?

Like Oregon. The only good team they played this year is USC and lost. And Michigan, with 4 losses, is ahead of LSU in some polls. Can someone please explain this?

I thought there were 3 parts to the Bull Crap System. The coaches poll, the harris poll, and the computers. LSU is 3rd in both human polls, but that's not as much weight as the computer poll. Give me a ****ing break.

Or is it the BCS just doesn't like the SEC? I'm no AU fan, but they got ****ed last year. You can't tell me a team that goes undefeated playing in the SEC is not the hardest thing to do in college football. And everytime a ranked SEC team losses they drop big time in the polls. But Notre Dame lost twice after entering the top ten, and never dropped out. Complete BULL****. War playoff system.

Yeah, but they lost in OT to Michigan St. who was ranked pretty high but missed going bowling by one game, and came close to beating an undefeated team in the top 3 on the road. Wait a minute......LSU lost in OT to Tenn who was ranked pretty high, but missed going bowling by one game, and BEAT an undefeated team in the top 3 on the road.

Ok, maybe I don't understand, but according to ESPN:
BCS Rankings 1. USC 2. Texas 3. Penn State 4. LSU
How does that put us at 8th?

The average computer ranking is 8. The BCS composite includes both the human polls and the computer rankings.

O.K its halftime fo the Bowling Green-Toledo game, These f***ing idiots doing the halftime show didn't even mention LSU. All Penn ST. It's almost as if they trying to get Texas to lose to give Joe Pa a shot. I got nothing against Paterno, and I'm glad he didn't retire when he knew he could still do it, but god d***it!!! When did college football become this touchy, feely, sentimental let's send him off a winner crap? If i wanted to be sentimental, I would go hang out at Hallmark!!

This is pretty much the very same BCS system that gave LSU the opportunity to win a NC two years ago. How did it work for you that year?

Yeah, but USC got f#cked that year. OU didn't even win their conf. championship. It should have been USC and LSU.

I'm not talking about the computer aspect, that is what it is, no changing it. My complaint is PEOPLE voting for Penn St. out of sentiment to a guy because he's an icon and on his way out. They are basically saying that in their voting. They are not voting on FOOTBALL. They are voting on past respect.
