In its 5th year, the Bayou Bowl is now officially serving as the Louisiana all-star football game. The series with the Texas all-stars (greater Houston area) is tied 2-2. With the last few years being defensive struggles, this year the defenses are restricted to playing either a 4-4 or man-to-man.
