The food service was awful!! It was still well worth the money but I can't tell you how many people I heard complain about the food! Last year and in years past, the room was wide open: walk in, see what you like, go get it.
This time it was like cattle in a chute to get to a couple of tables, the wait exceeded an hour! It still was entertaining as Les played to the crowd very well. He mentioned his excitement (this fall) at playing UF, Auburn, and especially Bama! He also spoke with great emphasis when he mentioned recruits we had gotten from Alabama. The man knows what's at stake.

You know it had to make Coach Miles feel good about taking the potential gump recruits after the Luther Davis fiasco. It makes me feel good for him.

So the fifty restaurants there were not as good as advertised (like Curley Hallman)?

The Recruiting Bash was awesome. The setup was layed out just like the roads in Baton Rouge...terrible. They need a management system and also knowing the audience would better prepare the staff. I don't see why EVERYONE LEFT AFTER MILES WALKED OFF STAGE. rule #1..rarely will an event like that happen and Miles not address fans afterwards...I was able to talk to him and take a picture..Nicest football coach I have ever been around.
