Baton Rouge Pizza...

    Whats a good place? Something not big chain (papa johns, pizza hut)...?

    That's an easy one, Fleur de Leis(sp?) on Government at Jefferson. Simply the best in town and definitely not a chain.

    Fleur de lis was always the best when I was growing up.

    yum. is fleur de lis still there? that was my fav when i lived there.

    Yes it is still there and still awesome. You want to check out Pastimes as well.

    Mellow Mushroom is very good and that new make your own pizza but bake at home pizza place in the bluebonnet shopping center on the corner of Perkins Rd. (sorry cant remember the name)

    Last time i went to the mellow mushroom the service was horrible... plus i'm more the new york style pizza type of guy than the california hippie pizza type..

    Well Baton Rouge doesnt have any of those types of Pizza here but we have to make due I guess.

    went to deanglelos... was pretty good.. the pizza was new yorkish.. i guess..

    I was just talking to my Mom the other day about some of the best memories we have of and with my Dad, and somehow Sicily's Pizza on Sherwood/Coursey popped into my head. I still have no idea why. Don't recall if the pizza is good either.
