Well, lets pretend i dont exist for the moment. address each pointed topic in the video that hatcher noted and explain to him why those topics are baseless. obama: 1. wont wear US pin 2. will display cuban flag 3. wont put hand over heart 4. spiritual mentor hates america and whitey 5. first time wife is proud? individually these things are somehwhat irrelevant. collectively, they raise a red (commie) flag.
first of all, I dont agree that all of those comments are true. Lets start with that, your assumption or mind set is that you believe all of those things. Which I dont. 1. I think this is baseless, like I said before, I believe patriotism is in a persons heart not in a symbol. Everyone who displays a flag isnt patriotic, imo. Thats bs, that issue hasnt been raised and I dont believe that for one second, he has no ties to Cuba and no reason to support that country. 3. This could be viewed as non-patriotic, I agree with you on this one and will cause some problems for him. 4. I dont condone or agree with his pastors comments at all. I dont think he hates America at all, the guy is a marine and he served in Vietnam, received an honorable discharge as well. But his comments were wrong and out of place, I believed that then and now. I think Michele Obama comments were taking totally out of context. I think she was talking about the voter turnout and people getting involved in the political process, i dont believe what the media has portrayed about her comments.

dont be a pussy. more like a desire to speak my mind when needed. i dont really have a temper although i can see how it may come across that way. though i am cynical. and passionate on a handful of subjects outside of sports. one is honor. and hatch is an honorable man.
I am passionate, even though I would sit down have a beer and crawfish with all of these guys listed here. Probably not the same feeling with about me, but oh well. Its just a forum and opinions, sometimes we get upset, but hell thats life. I dont mean any ill will towards anyone here, including you tirk.

its nothing personal. i could just as soon pick you up and drink a beer with you tonight and watch a game. i wouldnt think twice about it. i dont often discuss politics when not on this forum and rarely do here. just not my thing because much like religion, its an act of futility and quite frankly, i dont often have the patience. and since i hate everyone here equally, its nothing personal at all.
If this continues, I'm going to have to go get some tissue to wipe my eyes...it's...it's...so touching.
