Of course I'm right, my fine feathered friend . . . my Spy Network is never wrong, and you can be sure that I have many spies in every state on the Gulf Coast (although my hideout on Dauphin Island was destroyed by Katrina.)

Do not doubt the intelligence gathering capabilities of my organization. I am the King of Corsairs, and my spies are reliable. Do not think that your precious football meeting rooms are proofed against intrusion via electronic listening devices.

I even have several Power Point slides available to me from some of the meetings. I know that they are authentic Bama slides, because the slides contain numerous misspellings and errors of syntax (of course, the Bama slides are much more coherent than the Barner slides, which are actually written in crayon on overhead projector slides.)

Actually Bama has run the toss sweep a handful of times this year, but it hasn't netted much...I think the speed of most defenses this day and time make that less successful than before. Running a screen is great in theory, but unfortunately the execution of the screen game hasn't been exceptional for Bama. I would look for the quick slants and some short stuff to Keith Brown especially. Even with Tennessee's great front 4, Brodie had time with 3 different receivers open for TDs vs the UT dbs....Caddell on a slant was gone if the ball is on target......Hall and Brown each WIDE open deep. Brodie was off. Tennessee has the best DLine in the conference by most accounts. The problem is 3rd down.....Bama was toast vs UT on 3rd down....staying out of third and long. Ironically Brodie can be helped by throwing MORE on 1st and 2nd down...while the threat of the run is there (as opposed to 3rd and long)...at least that is the way the UT game went. But, as usual, you can't get into a predictable pattern of always passing on certain downs. Bama has actually moved the ball between the 20s these last weeks......just getting bogged down and missing the big plays. Russell hasn't had a big SEC game on the road since middle of last year (if memory serves) and Miles hasn't been on the road in the SEC yet either....maybe that won't matter, but if Bama gets a hot start like vs Florida, the crowd will be nuts. If LSU puts up a quick TD it will be the opposite.

i have been calling it all week
    LSU-17 BAMA-6
bama will have all the momentum early in the game because of their "loud" fans. At halftime it will be 6-3 bama. Then in second half we quiet the crowd with a big opening drive that ends in a td and we get the momentum. Then our d will step up and we will put in another td and bamer gets a late field goal. I feel that jamarcus has a big game saturday.

    Gameplan:WIN.

LOL no I am looking for a play that we would be stupid not to run. I would HOPE Shula puts on his thinking cap and actually tries this because it would work early--first play of the game maybe. What you ask? Well here you are...

YEAH RIGHT.....lol nah I will post it after the game...If they use it, it will work--I know it will. Shula just has to have some balls.

That would be a first for more than one reason.

LSU's big quarters have been in the 1st and 4th, if I recall correctly. This I'm positive about...we've only allowed 3 points in the 3rd quarter all year long.

Just as an FYI, the game plan is in, and players on both sides of the ball feel very confident in what the staff has devised for this game.

I'd love to get into more detail, but I'm just going to leave it as this...good ole' SEC football...like we've grown up enjoying. After reading/hearing comments and reports from practice the team has a mindset that it needs, the outlook is where it should be, and it's been informative enough to where I've gained confidence about the outcome of this game since yesterday.

    (I love being vague)

Interestingly enough, the areas that will be exploited in this game have been discussed among you LSU faithful a few times.

That's where the offense approaches this game...you know what I've said about the defense and what/who they are going to key on.

As an Aubie I feel uniquely qualified to offer my prediction of bama's game plan. It is a simple plan, but would you expect more?

How about a 52 yarder from Van Tiffin?
