    Auburn--just wait till next year

Auburn will have a better defense than South Carolina and their offense is the strongest that LSU will see this year. This is the game we have been waiting for---- this is next year .

We HAVE to be able to stop their running attack (well at least contain it) and luckily we have been doing that pretty well this year. As long as we can hold the running attack and our offense doesn't look like it did against Florida it should be a good game.

    Quoted by msully,

    First of all

If Auburn's offense is the best we'll see all year, where were
they hiding the first 3 games of the season.

If LSU can stop the run it won't even be close.

Auburn's QB is average at Best.

I do think it will be a close game if Auburn can run a little bit.

I do think Auburn has a good defense, but I don't think their
any better than the Florida defense we faced last week.

I also don't think their that much better than USC's however.

I predict Alley Broussard will start and Auburn won't be able
to stop him kinda like Cecil Collins a few years back.

I do give Auburn a little credit for playing better lately.

We lost last year, we WON'T lose this year, it's rare that either
team beats the other back to back, except a few bad years we
    had.

Sorry but lsu hasn't faced a rushing attack this year that could even hold a candle to Auburn's...and not to mention that this will be lsu's first chance to try and stop Carnell Williams, alongside a two-game rested Ronnie Brown.
You're just kidding yourself if you think the Auburn of the USC & GT games is going to show up the lsu game Saturday.

You're also kidding yourself if you think Auburn's D is on the same level as the yardbirds' and UF's...man, get a clue and turn on SportsCenter because Saturday's game sure isn't going to be enjoyable for you if that's your opinion of Auburn's level of play...

Yes, AUnuma, the P&G colored glasses get in the way of some fans. Both teams will be fired up and focused. As a result, both teams will do what they do best and do it well. So, I think this game will come down to QB's and mistakes...what QB will play better and who will minimize mistakes (turnover and penalties). Should be a very close game, but I think if either team finds a way to jump out ahead of the other early, it will have a huge advantage since neither club wants to be forced to pass.

With the exception of last years AU game (thanks Damien James :( ), Saban absolutely destroys one dimensional offenses. Even with our weak defense last year, we really crushed Arkys offense. With this year's talent... watch out. We are a solid 2 (or even 3) deep on the DL with a lot of rotation. AU may get their 200 yards on the ground, but there won't be many in the red zone. We will win the game at the LOS. AU better have a kicker that can hit field goals. They will need a couple. I will put my prediction after the 24 hour rule. I am enjoying this win!

no offense aunumma1...but the whole "go watch sportscenter" thing isnt going to fly. auburn played msu...and auburn ran all over them...but well...so did we....and i think everyone whos played them has done the same. auburn wont be the last team to beat msu like that either.

so, no thanks...im not a fan of espn.
