Well no, the game today showed they weren't sufficient enough. Especially when you consider that this offense will be inept for most of the season outside of the cupcakes we play.
When I say sufficient, I meant if we had a more efficient O. As a whole, I was not impressed with the D.This is just not a good team in any of the three facets of the game.
I'm not at all making excuses. The D was not nearly as dominant as expected. If you held the HC Miles to near the accountability you do a coordinator.

I agree, I mentioned that in a previous post. The DL was getting blown up at the LOS. Outside of Key making a few plays they didn't do anything.

I'm rooting for 11-2, but if we can't do that, I hope we lose 5 or 6 games, because that should force a coaching change. I fear 3 or 4 losses leaves us in Purgatory..
