You mean that amendment that says "the people"???????? Not the government, certainly not state government but THE PEOPLE? The right wing erased that one, oh, around the time of jim crow.
Damn right I am - I love freedom - you LOATHE IT. I've never said a damn thing about guns or the second amendment or ever suggested that RESPONSIBLE people shouldn't own guns, except to suggest that people who misuse guns be held accountable (which, as per most little dukkies, you disagree with limiting the open season on non-whites most vociferously). You right wingers also seem to forget that little "militia" clause in the second amendment.
