I stated this in another thread but I wanted repeat in case not everyone read it earlier. An Ark win tonite will probably end any chances of us winning the west and will put Ark in the top 10. But if LSU wins out, it will mean LSU beating two top ten teams this year on the road. That would make a real good resume for getting an at-large BCS bowl bid. I'd rather win the west and get another chance at UF, but I'll take an at-large bid.
I don't know. With the way the one loss teams are dropping like flies, we may have a shot at sneaking into a BCS bowl. You know that either ND or USC will have a loss, maybe both. It looks like Texas is going down. The Big East teams get no respect. It's possible.
I just don't see LSU getting an at-large bid without participating in the SEC CG. 3 teams from 1 conference in BCS bowl games is almost impossible. I think we need to hope for Boise State and Louisville to lose again. Sucks that Boise St. came back like they did. They don't deserve to sniff a BCS bowl.
Yes sometimes against inferior opponents your "C" game is enough. I'm sure we will have our "A" game when we play Arky !
Well had we played out C game tonite, we would have lost. Alabama played really well tonite. They should be commended after a tough MSU loss last week.
if lsu wins out, and florida beats arkansas in the seccg... arkansas wont go to a bcs game, will probably be florida and LSU/Auburn
