A Texas A&M fan told me that Kyle Field is louder than Death Valley. Anybody got numbers to disprove that? Please?

Yeah, but Kyle Field is pretty loud. I just want to hear somebody tell me a ranking system of the loudest stadiums in the NCAA.

I played in both. Kyle field is open at the end and is not even close to the Death Valley. Most SEC venues are louder than Kyle.

Been to Kyle. The fact that they put their students on the 50 makes it seem loud on the visitor side of the field. In actuality, it doesn't compare with the noise from a "dugout" field like LSU. And since the addition of the East Upper, the noise gets "trapped" and echoes inside the stadium.

Yeh thats laughable to be honest.

Send them to tigerstadium.com, have them read quotes from opposing players and coaches.

Realize you are talking to an Aggie and move on.

    Thats laughable.

I have been to Kyle Field on 3 occasions...twice for LSU-A&M games, and once for an A&M-Southern Miss game.
It has nothing on LSU. I have sat pretty much all around Tiger Stadium and it is consistently ear-rattling (except in high upper decks).
I walked around Kyle Field for the USM game (football recruiting trip), and it paled in comparison.

I mean, it's not even close. Except when you throw in the cannons. But that's only a burst, and I bet some drunk grandma from Dulac could make that much noise over a sustained period of time.
